Detailed Commentary

I ordered it from greenbeanery.ca on Oct 31 2006 and due to supplier issues it took awhile to come. When I got it , setup was so easy. I ploped the filter in, boiled the kettle, ground some coffee. I shut the heat down to 4 out of 10 where the kettle was  boiling, added the off boil water put the top on with a slight twist, threw in the coffee and put it on the stove for about 3.5 minutes. Took it off and placed on my cutting board and the return started almost instantly and finished within a minute. got 3 8oz mugs out of it and it ws great coffee.

Buying Experience

i buy most of my stuff from greenbeanery.ca and never had any problems

Three Month Followup

well I am still using this unit on a daily basis and its working great. I havent needed to change the filter yet as I rinse it after every use and do a soak in oxy cleaner every few uses. Friends and family think its the coolest coffee maker they ever seen.

One Year Followup

still using and loving the Yama. I use washing soda to clean the filter and just started using the second one supplied with the unit.  My old drip machine is in heaven now, I stoped using it 6 moths after getting this unit.
