Positive Product Points

I used this machine alot ahell of alot  Average of 6 cups a day for almost a year.  No its not a full blown machine but I really enjoyed the cup I got
This is an addendum to this review;    Presso UK has recently contacted me and trouble shot the problem, they are sending the parts I need for the machine.  They are polite and contacted me of thier own accord.   They stand by thier product and I continue to reccomend the unit.

Negative Product Points

There is a fatal flaw in the design of the machine.  after a bout a year the O ring fails and the hot water is blown into your face.  This came as quite a shock to my wife.   I broke down the machine cleaned all of the surfaces, it should be noted that there was not any thing visable to remove, then reassembled the machine.   Same problem.   I

Detailed Commentary

You should  enjoy the cup   keep your face away from the top of the machine or cover it durring use. As soon as you feel pressure bleed by the plunger STOP USE  failure is rapid and sudden
I still like the machine and if I can find bettrer O rings I will go back to it. The concerns I have read about the gears and handles are ones that I shared at first but they have held up very well.
