The flip pot.
Imagine two little pots back to back with a metal filter cage in between Heat the water in the bottom pot until steam comes out the little hole. Take it off the stove, wait for it to cool marginally and flip it over. Remove the (now) top and cover with the lid.
Marginally more hassle than a french press but a stronger cup - without the bitterness of the mokka pot.
