Positive Product Points

Makes great Espresso. Compact unit is easy to pack for travel!

Negative Product Points

No after sale support. This unit operates at over 200 psi. There are no Oring kits available, no service bulletins, and no local support. Once it starts leaking air, then its all over. One has to send it off and hope it comes back ready to make coffee.....at least until the Orings fail again.

Detailed Commentary

I thought this was a fantastic unit and it made great coffee, while it was working. I had it for a couple of months and got to approximately 40 cups before the Orings began to fail. It started leaking air around the switch which continued to degrade. Shipping it off to have it repaired every so often means I am not making coffee, which is what I bought it for. One either needs two of them or a trusty alternative. It requires too much time and money trying to keep it operating. Some form of service support would make this a great unit. Unfortunately it falls short.

Buying Experience

Amazon had it to me quickly and with no fuss
