great grinder, but look up the Starbucks Barista Grinder Hack on Google, to get this grinder to grind fine enough for espresso machines ( I set it two holes counter clockwise from the factory setting) the grinder is small, light, but can grind like much more expensive grinders with this hack. I have owned this grinder for years with no problems. You do need a measuring scooper. the lack of a doser does not bother me the grinder tucks away under a counter with no problems and is probably the smallest, lightest grinder you can get. It does not have a slower grinding speed, but that does not seem to detract from the quality of the coffee you get
