Lots of static. Difficult to adjust grind. Always have to shake to feed beans. Inconsistant grind. Impossible to clean.
Detailed Commentary
Lets just say that I have only used my Salton 3-4 times in the year that I have owned it. For thirty bucks it's an okay deal, but I would suggest paying thirty dollars more and getting something better like a Capresso 551 Burr. I bought the grinder at an early period in my life, when I was just getting interested in home brewing. I thought, like many beginners do, that all grinders are the same. Boy was I Wrong!!! The positive and negative product points in the above should provide a good idea about the experince I have had with the Salton grinder.
Buying Experience
Bought it at Wal-Mart when I had no experience or clue about grinding.
