Detailed Commentary
There is so much information on this grinder out there that is hard to provide any sort of "new content." My biggest advice is to do the modification given on http://www.quiknet.com/~frcn/Coffee/HowToDoser.html This really helped clean out the leftover grinds that the blades left behind. I used to have to take my brush and after the intial clicks, I would sweep the remainder after each click till it was brushed into my portafilter. I also have to sweep out the chute after every grind to keep the grinds from being stale. All this wouldn't matter if I used the grinder every 30 min. but I only use it about 2-3 times a day. Still a most excellent grinder! I thought about the Innova because of the stepless design, but I am not that anal about adjusting. I don't think I have a good enough palate to tell when it is only a "hair off" in flavor. I like setting the grinder and only have to adjust rarely from different beans (Malibar Gold requires a finer grind for me).
Buying Experience
I pretty much just pointed and clicked on the wholelattelove site. I knew what I wanted and didn't need any customer support. It arrived after about 1 week. (I'm on the west coast and it shipped from NY).
Three Month Followup
Still running strong. I recommend you clean out the burns, about once a month. Seems pretty good to me as I hate having to rezero it. I guess i'm just lazy.
