It's the only burr grinder I've used, but it's hard to imagine anything better.

Detailed Commentary
The grind quality is perfect for me. (I do nothing but espresso.) However, I've been trying to produce a very consistent result, and that takes a really consistent amount of ground coffee. The doser really didn't produce that, and there was a lot of coffee being wasted in the process. I fixed it by simply removing the metal cover inside the doser. I now use a small brush to get all the coffee out of the hole that it comes out of, and then use the same brush to get all the coffee out of the doser and into the filter basket, instead of using the doser lever. I've been able to reduce the number of beans used by about 10 percent, and I get a very consistent dose. (I have a digital scale that measures to the nearest tenth of a gram.) So, the doser is irrelevant, anyhow.
