This grinder is really an excellent value for the money. Would i buy it again? Definetely no :)

This grinder is really an excellent value for the money. Would i buy it again? Definetely no :) Read why...
What is really annoying, is that really a lot of grinds remain on the way from the burrs to the plastic chute - at least 2-3 grams i guess. To really clean them out, you should take off the chute and clean after every grind.
Also the consistency is a little lacking. Especially when the grind setting is changed (for example change between single and double portafilter) and going back, the grind is different. When the grind setting is right, the grind quality is on a very high level though.
Although the machine looks like quality, there is so much play in the adjustement mechanism, that you might think, that the grinder is broken, when trying it out for the first time. Almost seems like the spindle is bent - it is not, i double checked that.
It is also pretty hard to keep the counter clean, but you have that problem with a lot of (much pricier) grinders.
All of this made me upgrade to a Mazzer...and considerin this grinder is so much better for "only" double the price, i would encourage everyone to go that way, 100$ money saved!
