Bottom Line: All the grinder a home espresso lover should ever need!
Positive Product Points

This grinder is built like a tank. Very solid. No static. Consistent grind. Infinitely adjustable grind. Quiet!

Negative Product Points

JUST too tall to fit under my kitchen cabinets. This seems to be a common complaint. Infinitely adjustable grind is great, but takes a bit to dial in.

Detailed Commentary

Buying this is buying a well-made tool. If you will use it frequently, you will appreciate the quality.
This grinder is built extremely well, with no flimsy parts other than 2 little plastic spring-type things on the spill tray which seem fine so far.
The grind is extremely consistent compared to other grinders I have seen, although I don't have a lot of experience with them. This was my first serious burr grinder, and I don't regret spending the money. Espresso quality is great. The doser feels very solid and can be adjusted for dose amount.
I don't anticipate having to replace this thing for a LONG time!

The grinder is just too tall to fit under the kitchen cabinets. However, the top of the hopper has a straight section for approx. 1". I had considered carefully cutting this off with a fine bladed saw to reduce the height, but it hasn't turned out to be a big deal.

Dialing this thing in wasn't too bad. The grinder came with a mark that seemed to be just about perfect. I float 2-3 notches within that mark for everything. You will get better at adjusting it over time, but I had great results on my second shot.

Everything they say about why you should buy a good grinder is true! This might be considered a little more than most people need, but the quality shows.

Buying Experience

I ordered this from Chris Coffee in mid-December, needing it about a week before Christmas. Unfortunately, UPS damaged it in shipment (gggrrrrrr), and I had to order a second one in order to get it in time. Chris Coffee was helpful and responsive throughout this process.
