Detailed Commentary
Moving up from a lesser grinder to the Mazzer Mini was a real pleasure and eye opener. It really is all about the grinder. I have to look back now and say that my real espresso life began when I got this grinder. It is all that I could ever ask for a home unit, powerful, stepless grind adjustment, and it fits under the cabinets (with the short hopper). It looks good on the counter; not so big and not so small. Performance wise this unit is just solid and grinds like a champ. The stepless feature allows you to fine tune your coffee to the beans and conditions at the time and the doser works great. Want a bit finer no problem just adjust the collar accordingly. It appears easy to maintain and clean. Overall I would suggest this grinder for anyone looking for home unit. I think this is the grinder I will have forever.
