Detailed Commentary
A scaled down commercial machine that many cafe's use for decafe espresso. Excellent control of the grind, with each graduation changing the grind in a predictable manner. Slower than the larger Mazzers, but not much quieter. The finger guard is pointless unless you have people who like sticking fingers into blades while grinding coffee at your house. The hopper has a plastic shelf to keep weight off the beans, this can can not be removed so catches rancid oils. The only other issue is some coffee tends to sit at the grind outlet, and the dosing arms don't sweep all the grinds as they turn. Having said that, this machine is almost perfect if you make more than a few coffees at a time.
