Bottom Line: Great value for a dedicated espresso grinder
Positive Product Points

Consistent grind day after day after day. Easy to adjust. Minimal maintenance.

Negative Product Points

Plastic hopper is friction-fit into base, and can crack.

Detailed Commentary

We've used this grinder, dedicated for espresso, for years now with few complaints. The grind is very consistent, and 1/4 turns of the stepless adjustment knob are perfect for adding/subtracting 2 sec from pull time. The only maintenance we've done is to run a cup or two of dry white rice through it every couple of months. The only weak part to this grinder is the hopper - it's pushed into the base and held only by friction. Don't push hard enough and the hopper might fall off, spilling beans everywhere. Push too hard and the hopper base will crack. Just treat the hopper carefully and you'll be OK.
