Positive Product Points

It looks really good and is built like a battle ax!

Negative Product Points

It grinds VERY INCONSISTENTLY and CANNOT be used for expresso... the finest setting is WAY TOO COARSE!!!

Detailed Commentary

Tested a unit in-store which seemed to grind fine enough. Bought a unit and brought it home and was terribly disappointed. I believe that when the hopper has any significant amount of beans in it they gravity-feed too fast, producing inconsistent and course grind... even on the finest setting. Plus, the output chute gets clogged easily and grinds are SPRAYED EVERYWHERE out of this thing! I used it one time and returned it. No thanks. A great looking product that is very poorly designed. How this thing ever got out of the testing phase is a complete mystery to me.

Buying Experience

Williams Sonoma has great service.
