Positive Product Points

Very retro looking and small.  available in many colors.....perfect for someone who lacks counter space.
Many settings.....large storage for beans

Negative Product Points

Last about 2 -3 weeks at most.  We are in the process of getting  our third grinder.  We returned the
first two.  The grinder is too fast and therefore it gets bogged down and the grinder quite turning.
It doesn't grind fine enough for expresso either.

Detailed Commentary

I have always enjoyed Kitchenaid products....but this one is a piece of crap!
The multiple settings are nice....however when you put the coffee beans in the storage jar and flip the switch, it seems after two weeks, the burr grinder burns out and no longer works.
I can't imagine why.....
I am sure after receiving our third  Kitchenaid A-1 grinder, we will be returning it and getting our money back.
We keep trying but we have come to the conclusion this retro grinder needs to go back to the
drawing board.

Buying Experience

Purchased it online @ chef's.......
