After 2 years the Isomac stopped working. I cleaned the inside by making it grind white (uncooked) rice. That worked fine for the inside.
Another problem is that it is now impossible to change the grind size. To fix this, I'd like to open the machine to clean it, but this turns out to be impossible (so far).

Bought it online from a shop in Italy. No problems. (they send it to the Netherlands where I live)
