Detailed Commentary

For the serious espresso lovers, this is a must have.  Sitting proudly next to my Gaggia Coffee, the MDF will grind almost to the atomic level, so beware.  I have clogged up the espresso machine several times until I found the correct setting.

There is not a lot to say about the MDF.  It is a fantastic grinder that goes above and beyond the call of duty.  It does not even leave a mess behind, due to the fact that the doser is a molded part of the main housing.  The doser has a removable lid, although I am not too sure why, as it would not be practical to pour water in there to clean it.  I normally just dose out the remaining grounds until it is empty, reducing the risk of stale coffee which can spoil a potentially great shot of espresso.

For all those who are tired of hearing how great the Rocky is, the MDF is a god-send.

Superb
