Bottom Line:
Not suitable for espresso.
Good price, acceptable appearance.
Not suitable for espresso.
Buying a burr grinder for espresso is not straightforward. I suspect that most people who grind their own coffee are espresso enthusiasts, but most low-priced, readily available burr grinders do not grind fine enough for espresso. In my expreience this includes Braun, DeLonghi and Melitta. Hence, if you want a good burr grinder for espresso, expect to pay over $50. The finest setting of this unit is far from suitable for espresso. As it is advertised for espresso, I had to rank its quality very low.
Costco, as usual, treats irs customers perfectly.
