Positive Product Points

Great Packaging! Cuisinart name.

Negative Product Points

Uneven Grind. Noisy. Beans clog in hopper easily. Messy to use.

Detailed Commentary

I bought this on the spur of the moment based on the Cuisinart name and chance recomendations of other customers in the store. Got it home, was a couple of days before I used it. Beans clogged in the hopper first thing using a Colombian bean. tried several times with same results. On the off chance that the bean size might be a problem, I tried a different coffee, seemed to work better. If I use on a medium grind for drip the particles are too large, if I use a fine grind it is much too powdery.
I will probably take this one back, my wife looked on line last night and found lots of negative reviews. Still looking!

Buying Experience

Le Gourmet is an outlet in Pigeon Forge, TN - Apparently they are not a deal...
