not suitable for espresso. does not grind fine enough, and not very consistent.

Detailed Commentary

Sadly, this machine does as good as a blade grinder. I was looking for a cheap home machine for espresso, so I can curb my spending at the local coffee shops, and was very disappointed. I didn't even have it one full day. This machine, on its espresso setting, is only good for regular drip coffee. I was shocked, since I'd always heard burr grinders were better than blade grinders. But you get what you pay for, right? I guess I learned my lesson.

I was luckily to be able to return the machine for a full refund. I would not recommend this machine unless style comes way before function. Even then, there are prettier machines.

Buying Experience

the sales rep was very nice. there wasn't much selection, but he said to try it out and I can always return it if it doesn't meet my needs. I was able to return it hassle free.
