I have the 560 with the black plastic finish. Good solid feel. Consistent grind. Low noise.
Negative Product Points
The only feature I would add is an on/off switch... but if you unplug the unit, it does stop grinding and the timer will just run out.
Detailed Commentary
I just purchased this coffee grinder and I have to say that the unit seems solid and well built, the whole bean and ground coffee bins seem perfectly adequate for their intended function. I would definately recommend reading the section of the user guide titled "Before Initial Use" before assembling the unit. The burr grinder made quick work of a double shot's worth of beans and the grind was even, light and fluffy. The noise level is lower than my expresso maker and static buildup was minimal. We'll see how it ultimately holds up, but as of now, I certainly am pleased with my purchase.

Three Month Followup
I'm still VERY happy with this grinder. I use a medium roast, which is why I do not have problems with static. When I have tried to use a dark roast, static in the lower bin is a significant problem. Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints and lots of compliments for this great grinder.
