Great grinder for the price point, get something nicer if you require stepless grind settings.

Detailed Commentary
I found this grinder very easy to set up and use, straight out of the box. The instructions are well-written and easy to follow. The tips that they provide are all actually true.
In regards to the actual performance: This was a frustrating grinder to dial-in, because it leaves some ground coffee in the grinding chamber. This means that the shot you pull immediately after adjusting your grind settings won't give you accurate information. You either have to throw away some coffee, or pull an in-between shot.
Given the price point of this grinder series (between $90-$150), this grinder is targeted at folks who are using lower-end machines, or machines that have user aids (like pressurized pf's, etc). I have a Grimac Espressione Grace machine, and it is fairly forgiving when it comes to variations in grind fineness - if you are using a really high-end (so, expensive) machine, you're probably not even considering this grinder!
The grinder performed really well for my drip machine, as well as with my press pot. It has fineness settings which choked my espresso machine, so there were no modifications or 'hacks' required. Once I found the proper setting for my coffee/machine combination, I was pulling very nice shots, with the correct flavor profile for the beans that I used.
