Bottom Line: Might be a great grinder for you if you don't mind cleaning out grinds after each use (and potentially dealing with static).
Positive Product Points

Looks great and its weight (chrome version) gives it a heavy-duty feel.
Inexpensive compared to other grinders in its class.
Consistent grind.

Negative Product Points

Produces a lot of static.
As others have noted, there are a LOT of grounds left in the grind chamber which makes clean-up afterwards a pain.

Detailed Commentary

I have very mixed feelings about this grinder.  I just bought it and was very excited to discover how solid the construction seemed.  It also looks really nice (I have the brushed chrome version), so I couldn't wait to test it out.  I was a little confused though when I ground my standard 1/2c. beans to discover that much less than the normal amount came out in the grounds container.  I was also a little disappointed with how staticy the grounds were.  Before this, I had a Starbucks Barista and for the most part never had a problem with static.  These things were flying all over the place!

I then tapped the grinder as the instructions suggested to get any remaining grounds and, sure enough, more came down the chute.  I did this a 2nd time and more came down again.  I decided to take off the hopper and see how much grounds were still left.  There were a ton!  This is really disappointing to me as this means I'll have to clean out the chamber after each use.  My routine is to make coffee in the mornings before work so I really don't want to have to take the extra time to do this after every use.

So as much as I really want to like this grinder and would really hate to return it, I'm considering just that.  Originally, I was going to spring for a Nemox Lux (I don't have a steady income, so I can't afford a Rocky at the moment), but the lower price and better availability (and thus, better chance of dealing with any potential problems) of the Infinity won me over in the end.  I guess I should've gone for the Lux after all.

I will say that the Infinity has very good grind consistency.  As I just bought it, I've only ground for espresso but judging from others comments, I'm sure it would do well with other grinds as well.

Buying Experience

I bought my Infinity from JL Hufford.  It was shipped in a very timely manner and I experienced no problems whatsoever.  They even threw in some free beans!  If I do end up returning it, I will post my follow-up experience here.
