i'm a working stiff, so i can't afford to spend a million dollars on high end coffee equipment. for a lower-end price, this machine works very well for me. after 8 months of daily use, i still get a good, consistent grind.
also after 8 months of use, a crucial piece of the bean container broke, but i called capresso and they sent me out a free replacement which arrived within about three or four business days. rarely have i received such excellent customer service from a company.
simply put, i LOVE this machine!
