Positive Product Points

Simple setup, easy.  Appeared to be a worthwhile choice for an entry level grinder.  I purchase/return, i may confidently say to others STAY AWAY from this and save you the hassle.

Negative Product Points

Basic problem, grind was too fine for drip, espesso or anything to be useful.

Detailed Commentary

I have to admit before purchasing, I knew this was a gamble when purchasing.  Reading other reviews the main issue was durability and lifetime of the product.   I considered if it worked for 3 or 4 years it was worth the risk.   Unfortunately this was not my problem, the grind produced was too fine for anything even espresso, and this was the coarsest setting possible.  Actually, there seemed to be no difference when attempting to adjust the grind.  Contacting the company's customer support, I agree with other reviewers -- avoid it.  The person I spoke simply had no knowledge of their own product, stepped away for 5 minutes to get information, well from here, I'm one that doesn't like to complain, if you can't say anything good don't say anything.  As you can tell from my comments, line pay a little more and get something worth your money.

Buying Experience

Buying experience was simple, ordered from Amazon,  arrived a couple of days before i expected.  Good thing from Amazon the return process was just as simple.
