Called the Ikon, BarAroma, and BCG450XL, this is a multipurpose conical burr grinder from Breville, with a built in timer and grind hopper.

Bottom Line: If your budget isn't ready for a $300+ grinder, this is a very good choice.

Bottom Line: For espresso it is useless and Breville admits it. Too bad the product was not as good as Breville's customer service. They offered a refund if my retailer did not. MORE THAN I CAN SAY FOR BODUM.

Bottom Line: *Not* recommended for espresso. Good starter grinder after I modified it, but wore out quickly. Get a better starter grinder if you can at all afford it.

Bottom Line: All-in-all I am very satisfied with this purchase. Bottom line- it is so affordable and works so well that I'll be able to put money aside for an even nicer grinder when it's time to upgrade, and I'll be able to drink excellent espresso in the meantime.
