Called the Ikon, BarAroma, and BCG450XL, this is a multipurpose conical burr grinder from Breville, with a built in timer and grind hopper.

Bottom Line: Worked well for my Krups steam-powered, but isn't nearly fine enough for Miss Silvia... she's a demands more than it can produce.

Bottom Line: For the price, it's a good bet, as long as you're not looking for an espresso grinder.

Rating: 6.2
Bottom Line: After modifying to get a finer grind it only gets an "okay" espresso grind, not great (~20 sec's). For same $$, my modified Baratza Maestro was better.

Rating: 2.8
Bottom Line: For espresso it is useless and Breville admits it. Too bad the product was not as good as Breville's customer service. They offered a refund if my retailer did not. MORE THAN I CAN SAY FOR BODUM.

Bottom Line: It's not an art work, it's a fine appliance that gets the job done nicely.
