fragile parts, horrible curstomer service

Detailed Commentary

don't know which one is worse, customer service or product quality. You can decide after you read my experience:
I bought this one about 6 month ago. It works fine for the first 1 month or so, then suddenly, it stop working. The power button, doesn't matter how you push it, it just not respond. OK, I start to call the customer service. After about a week of email exchange + phone call, the service center told me they will ship me a new one. Then I got the new one, (doesn't really look new, but...). Now, the 2nd one, it does respond to the power button, but the powder it generates is so coarse! It's definitely not for expresso, even I turn it to the finest selection, the powder is still very coarse. Ah, so I called them again. This time, it's much simplier, the service representive said she will ship me a part which should fix my problem. Then I got the part. This part looks horrible, it's not in any package (no plastic bag or anything like that), and it's very dirty. I doubt anyone dare to use that one on their coffee machine!

I don't know what I should do with this machine. I bought a $20 one for my temperary usage, and amazing enough, it works much more reliably than this one!

My suggestion to who ever wants to buy a coffer grinder: either pay more bucks to get a solid one, or just pick a simple chaper version.

Buying Experience

The customer support is easy to get reached, which is a positive point. However, they just keep shipping you fragile parts.
