Detailed Commentary
This was my 2nd burr grinder, and was before I got obsessed about getting the best espresso shot possible.
I was satisfied with it for over a year. Until I started to read more about the "perfect shot".
Then I realised I wouldn't be able to achieve it with this grinder. I've opened it and modified it to grind finer (google it, easy to do and to find) - which was definitely worth it - but it still doesn't grind fine enough. One of the setting says "Turkish" - don't attempt a turkish coffee with that grinder!! It's not even near fine enough.
Other than that, it's quite fine for the rest. I keep it for french press-based coffee - the grind is even enough (at least on mine).
I've also learned that for that price, we can't expect a grinder to grind espresso-quality coffee.
