Detailed Commentary
This works almost as well as my Turkish hand grinder which I had to modify. But much less hassle. I put a scale on the clear container for the grind settings after I applied the modification. With every click being a number, zero being the finest and right now I'm using about number 3 or 4 clicks. It works great.
To summarize:
Sharp and well made burrs for an inexpensive, wide range of adjust ability with repeatability. Easy to modify for espresso. See reference in a prior review. Once apart, no need to remove the burr holder. You just turn the machine on it's side, rotate the adjustment collar so the stop is up and with a few strokes with a fine hacksaw blade does the job.
