Bottom Line: Looks better than it is, but still a great option to consider for the price
Positive Product Points

Looks sharp, easy to read display, nice hopper.  Easy to push portafilter in and get the right amount.

Negative Product Points

Control of grind setting, lack of confidence when setting it.

Detailed Commentary

Dial to control grind is terrible, had it go super fine and jam with powder needing an entire clean out many times before I figured out a trick.  If my kids of somebody touches the settings, I have to waste a bunch of beans to get back to the right setting (rather than just dialing it back at the same setting).  That said when I finally get it locked in it does very well.  I think I would have preferred a non transparent hopper, but it has a nice air tight seal.  The plug has their smart ring feature for easy unplugging, and if you have another Breville they look wonderful together (if that matters to you)

Buying Experience

Friendly staff, no experience with the grinder.
