This is a great grinder for under $50. I don't drink espresso, only coffee, so I don't know how it is with espresso.
Positive Product Points
Grinds very well, and it holds a lot of beans. Also had a good price.
Negative Product Points
Very noisy, it wakes up my wife and scares the cats!
Detailed Commentary
I bought this grinder three years ago from a Target store for about $45. It has served me well since.
I notice it makes a lot of powder, and has a good static buildup, but since I only use it for my Krups coffee machine, it does a great job for this. It is noisy, that is the feature I like least about it.
I think these are very good grinders for the price I paid for it. I have mine in black, but I notice the black one is rare. It is the newer model from what I can tell. I usually grind at around middle of the dial for my filter coffee.
