Bottom Line: Great product, but do NOT buy this machine if you want it for espresso - it produces a coarser grind than did its older Antigua brother.
Positive Product Points

Durable and easy to use.

Negative Product Points

The finest grind is not suitable for espresso (other than, perhaps, Bodum's own equipment).

Detailed Commentary

I bought this to replace my old Antigua (so needless to say i'm impressed with durability and design). As you can expect from Bodum, it is sturdy and looks great. It is also very easy to use, and does not require cleaning (I guess because the coffee drops straight down into the receiver). The model is somewhat different to its predecessor. On the positive side, the container that catches the grind has a mechanism that makes less mess than before, and it also keeps the receiver in place (it sometimes came out with the older model). However, Bodum has changed the settings for the grind and so it doesn't produce a fine enough grind for my espresso machine, a FrancisFrancis, nor the one stove-top espresso maker I tried.

Buying Experience

XpresscoffeeUK take customer satisfaction seriously. They were very helpful on the phone. Highly recommended.
