Multipurpose consumer grinder with two grind selectors - a macro and a micro selection, providing hundreds of possible settings. Conical burrs, grind bin and an optional portaholder for espresso portafilters round out the grinder.
Paul Jay (quality: 2.0)
Bottom Line: This is an unreliable machine with poor build quality. I've now had three of them stop working.
Eli KUSLANSKY (quality: 1.0)
Bottom Line: Look at other brands
Hal Remz (quality: 9.0)
Bottom Line: I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I would also buy anthing from this company almost just to get the unsurpassed service they provide. This confidence was shaken by the failure of the fixed burr holder.
Nick C (quality: 10.0)
Bottom Line: Wonderful grinder, whose greatest stength, adjustment mechanism, is also it's greatest weakness.
Damian S (quality: 10.0)
Bottom Line: I'd absolutely buy from Baratza again, but not this machine. As long as they keep trying and the grind is great, they've got my business. Vario next?
Katie Robinson (quality: 10.0)
Bottom Line: Breaks down all the time.
William Ellerman (quality: 1.3)
Bottom Line: After 1 year of almost daily use the Preciso grinder has proven to produce the perfect grind every time.
Bottom Line: Nice while it lasts. High failure rate. Nice company though.
Bottom Line: Could have been a great machine for the price point if they could figure out how to keep the grind settings calibrated correctly.
Donald Varona (quality: 9.0)
Bottom Line: Excellent grinder for a very wide range of grinding needs-- including espresso (or so I hear).
Tin Vuong (quality: 8.5)
Bottom Line: Overall, it's a very solid grinder for the price you pay and I'm not sure that you can do better for $300. Solid build quality, excellent customer service, and excellent grind quality. I couldn't ask for more.
Derian Julihn (quality: 5.7)
Bottom Line: A good grinder but not without it's flaws
Mike P (quality: 7.0)
Bottom Line: Great grinder, and great company that cares about their product and customer service
Howie Cohen (quality: 4.3)
Bottom Line: Its an OK grinder. Read my review.
Robert Fitts (quality: 5.6)
Bottom Line: Considering a Baratza Preciso? Do yourself a favor, don't.
Sam Decock (quality: 9.0)
Bottom Line: If you are looking for a do-everything workhorse that excels across the entire grind spectrum without the $500+ price tag, this is the grinder for you. It is aesthetically pleasing, simple and easy to use, and has a world class customer service backing.
Richard Buckberg (quality: 6.5)
Bottom Line: Hard to imagine a consumer grinder better than this. Grinds awesomely good coffee!
Bottom Line: A small and inexpensive change could really make this machine much better.
Brett Holland (quality: 6.0)
Bottom Line: Great precision and variable control of grind size.
David Jones (quality: 8.0)
Bottom Line: There is a one grinder that can do it all.
Stewart Emery (quality: 7.0)
Bottom Line: This is a terrific grinder and an extraordinary value - espresso results in the cup are right up there with the most expensive grinders - easy to get from espresso to French Press and back
Ben Hirsch (quality: 6.0)
Bottom Line: Great all in one grinder, and best at this price point.
