Stays clean through grind. Matches the Classic decore.
Negative Product Points
Botton on the front seems a little delicate. Manual says you can hold the PF under the grind, I found it messy to use and have remained with the container method.
Detailed Commentary
I was using the Gaggia MM grinder for my Classic and I was always frustrated with the pulled shot. Reg at espressotec hooked me up with this Virtuoso and I must say the Shots have been great ever since. Ristretto heaven......
I think it matches my gaggia better than the MDF grinder(esthetically speaking) and clean up is a breeze on the machine.
I use it on a 2.5 setting and the resulting grind is providing a lovely crema at a 24+ second extract. I can extract a nice shot even from the single PF which I was not able to do with the MM grinder.
As far as I'm concerned the Virtuoso is an excellent partner to the Classic.
