Detailed Commentary
I adjusted as per factory print out. I usually grind at World Market commercial grinder on second espresso setting. I adjusted the factory setting screw to the front edge of the last slot. The commercial grind and the Virtuoso are just the same. I use a naked portafilter. I get very nice centered pull fromm black to tiger stripped. I end up with a cascading pull that ends up with a close to 1/2" crema. I use a Gaggia Baby D espresso machine. Note: follow the Baratza pictures and notes item by item. It is not that difficult.
