Positive Product Points

None really. I guess the long cord is okay, but nowhere to store it.

Negative Product Points

Won't grind fine enough! A real hassle removing the case to access the inner workings.  Poor design, cheaply constructed.

Detailed Commentary

After having trouble with the grind not being fine enough I contacted Whole Latte Love and was directed to Baratza's website where I was able to find out how to "fine tune" the grinder.  A lot of fun trying to pry the case apart with a screwdriver without breaking anything.  Left a few scratches on the case.  Adjusted the grind all the way to fine, and still not fine enough for a decent shot.  I had a Vario for about 2 or 3 years and it worked great until the electronics took a crap.  Very disappointed in the Virtuoso.

Buying Experience

Whole Latte Love has always been a pleasure to do business with.  I'll try not to let this buying experience color my opinion of them.  Don't shoot the messenger, right?
