Positive Product Points

Quiet, Fast, Solid

Negative Product Points

Hopper is thin plastic and amplifies noise. Perfectly serviceable, just a little noisy. Light to moderate static cling of fines to bin.

Detailed Commentary

It works well, it looks nice, it's quiet and fast, it's extremely easy and absurdly fast to adjust the grind, the coffee tastes better than my old grinder and it doesn't wake my wife up and make her mad when I make a cup early before she gets up.  What's not to like? The grinder is surprisingly and  satisfyingly heavy, the cord is heavy-duty, and overall it looks sleek and well-designed.  While I appreciate an ugly machine that is extremely functional, I appreciate even more a machine that is superbly functional and yet looks like it was actually designed and not just an accident of economic production necessity.

Buying Experience

Chris' Coffee Service is a thoroughly professional coffee equipment supplier.  They are a go-to source. You can go all over the web looking for a couple dollars off, or you can go to Chris' and get it done, know you've done all right and they have the resources to take care of you.
