Positive Product Points

It looks nice, it is very quiet, and it is very reasonably priced.  It is readily available for delivery.

Negative Product Points

This machine was not capable of a Turkish powder-fine grind.  The grind was not consistent.  Beans fall into the machine housing if not careful.

Detailed Commentary

It could not do a powder fine Turkish grind as advertised.  And that is why I upgraded from the Solis Mulino which I liked very much for espresso.  In fact the finest setting on the Maestro did not at all clog my X1 portafilter or Melitta drip filter.  And the grind was not at all consistent on close examination.  There is an obvious quality control issue here and I recieved a maladjusted machine.  Whole Latte were great and with their help I called Baratza who said that there may be a machine consistency problem and I had to send it back (they did not offer recalibration instruction).  Not sure if I will risk it again and I may have to just get the Mazzer Mini.

Buying Experience

I just got a bad machine and may not risk buying this product again.
