Detailed Commentary
Lovely to say the least. Very easy set-up and dial-in for my Gaggia Classic. Have used it for a week now and stays dialed-in. I use only Terroir beans from George Howell.....can't say enough about the quality of his coffee. This grinder has a very small foot print but is solid as can be. I ground it fine enough to choke the Classic and then increased the coarseness out until I acheived 2-ounces in 25 seconds of 1/2 pure crema atop wonderfull tasting coffee. The manual is nothing special, in fact I didn't even read it. I put the hopper on and than cranked it down to a finer coarsness (The default is set to medium grind out of the box). I understand that the black unit is nice looking as well but the all alluminum unit is a beauty to behold. A hand made masterpiece of design. A must look for a grinder in this price range.
