Nothing major - Plastic top lid a bit flimsy. Can't put the carafe while full back under the coffeemaker due to the little lid you have to put on the carafe to keep the coffee hot.
Detailed Commentary
I tried a couple different thermal coffeemakers (Black & Decker and Cuisinart Grind & Brew) only to find that they made cold, weak coffee. I wanted a great stainless steel thermal carafe that made (and kept) the coffee hot, made a good strong cup, was easy to use, had a timer and didn't kill my pocketbook. I found this Zojirushi coffemaker on Target.com and it had all the features I wanted with great reviews, too. After doing a little research (including calling Zojirushi - who was VERY pleasant and helpful) and finding a better price on Costco.com, I thought I'd give it a try. I have not been disappointed! Zojirushi (a very reputable Japanese appliance company that makes rice cookers, thermal carafes and the like) has created a winner! The showerhead spray emits water between 185-190 degrees, creating a wonderful cup of full bodied coffee. Some reviews have said that a standard #4 coffee filter doesn't work with this machine, but I bought a generic #4 gold filter at Walmart and it fits perfect! The unbreakable stainless steel thermal carafe is awesome- it keeps the coffee hot for hours and is easy to clean. The coffee is even warm the next day (not hot, but warm). I hate weak coffee, but this coffeemaker makes a good, strong, tastey brew. I have had the same great results with a 4 cup pot as I have with a full pot (I've not tried less than 4 cups). Zojirushi makes a great coffeemaker without having to pay a fortune! Model # EC-BD15BA.

Costco.com is a great vendor. I had to pay a 5% upcharge due to not being a member. I recieved my shipment within 2 days. Can't complain a bit!

After 3 months I still love this coffeemaker. It's working great - no complaints.
One Year Followup
After one year this coffeemaker is still going strong. I still love it, it still produces hot coffee that stays hot for hours. I use it every day and it's still working as good as new. This is an excellent product!
