I used to love to get up to my coffee making in the am and now I dread it - this machine has a clumsy design - I have had to put it on a small tray and pull it forward each time I want to use it because of its ridiculous height - too cold of coffee (have to zap it in the micro for hy hubbies liking)- pause and serve a DISASTER! and it drips all over everytime and then runs all over the top of the carafe if you don't really rush to return it to it's position within about 20 seconds which is barely enough time to loosen the absurdly tight lid of the carafe (and I am a strong farm girl)- filter holder wrong size for ANY filter (is made for a cone but a #4 size has to be crammed in to fit) - cheaply made for the $90 - carafe doesn't keep warm very long (certainly not as long as my glass lined thermos)- coffee not of rich flavor despite great beans - BUMMED as I have thought this brand had great rice maker products - they should have kept to rice makers, I guess...
Buying Experience
Bed Bath and Beyond ordered this in for me as they only had it on their online store which I apprecited though I did have to pay shipping which will not be part of the refund....but they will refund my 20% off coupon that I used when I purchased it.
