I've been a coffee fanatic for many years. Not only do I love coffee but I roast my own beans....enough said. I've owned various drip coffee makers and also Vac Pots. This is by far the best consumer available coffee maker on the market. I can go on and on about the technical aspects of how to make a great cup of coffee but most people would be bored and probably wouldn't even really care. So take my short and simple evaluation....if you are coffee crazy and want that piping hot great tasting cup of coffee in the morning and not have to wait forever for the brew to complete buy the Technivorm machines. So far....simply the best.

Had to wait 3 weeks for the machine to be available but an overall good experience with Boyds.
