Detailed Commentary
I've had my machine for a year now and I've experienced no problems. Other members of my family purchased other brands of coffee makers with thermal carafes and all have experienced the problem with spilling out during brewing--typically because the lid wasn't placed on correctly. This has never happened with my machine. It looks great, makes very good coffee, and keeps it warm (although not really hot) for several hours. My only complaint about the machine is that the lid is a bit tricky to put on correctly. My husband still hasn't figured it out.
