Brew temp to low, won't poor...dribles out. Coffee is cooled in stainless steel unless pre-warmed. Can't remove basket holder to clean.

I thought Starbucks would know what they are doing when bring a brewer to market. Wow, bad news. Brew temp is low, coffee is cold when it hits the stainless steel carafe. When pooring the carafe hole is very small and coffee just dribles out. I disassembled and drilled out some of the plastic to make pooring bearable. I went back to check and other pots poored just like it. You can't remove the swing out holder to clean. If pot is left out (forgotton) and basket overflows it flows inside the housing and I assume douses the electric wires. Not even a drain hole to dump out the accident. Starbucks recall of this product was welcome news. Now what should I buy with my $110?
