Positive Product Points

This machine is beautiful to look at and easy to maneuvre. The quality of coffee brewed is above average.

Negative Product Points

The water well does not always empty completely. The coffee is not as hot as it could be.

Detailed Commentary

The price just doesn't warrant the issue of the water well. I do like the quality of coffee brewed, but I shouldn't have to hit the start button more than once on a machine that costs over $100. It gets particularly frustrating when I set the machine for morning, see that it didn't empty all the way, and have to wait for the pot to finish brewing. I've cleaned it several times but that hasn't affect the machine's performance. I don't know if I got a lemon or what. I expect more from a Starbucks' product - even though much of their merchandise is overpriced.

Buying Experience

I frequent Starbucks on a regular basis.
