This was a highly recommended machine. And, the reviews sounded great-ease of use, frothing and water temperature all good?
Negative Product Points
We got a lemon of a machine and the store gave me a hard time about replacing it. It leaked water and never brewed even warm coffee. There was no enough pressure to steam for more than 30 seconds.
Detailed Commentary
It would have been great if this machine had lived up to the promotional hype. But it did not. We spend a lot of time on the phone with technical support but that did not solve the leaking and temperature problems. Eventually, we got the machine to steam for about 50 seconds before stopping. Frustrated, we bought a Gaggia and our problems were solved.
