I bought the machine over 5 years ago, and it still make great hot coffee!
Positive Product Points
Brews very hot, carafe keeps coffee hot all day, easy to clean and program.
Negative Product Points
Not big enough... would like a 10 or 12 cup version.
Detailed Commentary
I bought this as a reward for getting a brand new job, one that I really wanted..... I did a lot of research for the machine, and decided I liked this one the best.
I love the fact that the thermal carafe is stainless steel and that there is no heating element at the base of the coffee maker. I can plug-it-in-and-forget-it. Sometimes I can't finish the whole pot in the morning, so I'll reheat the next morning, and I've never had stale coffee. Also, the carafe keeps my coffee hot for almost the entire day!
Personally, I love it and wish it was easier to find!
Buying Experience
People at Starbucks were very helpful, even carried the unit to my car.
