Waiting for them to correct the design flaws so I can try again. Tll then, it's back to the Black and Decker for me.

Detailed Commentary
The Starbucks Aroma programmable coffee maker does make great coffee -- the best I've had at home. But the machine overflows 3 times out of 7. This is not an on-again off-again problem. At least 3 times a week we wake up to find fresh coffee on the counter and the floor but not in the carafe. We've tried everything -- different filters, different amounts of coffee, checking and double-checking that the lid is set correctly and the pot positioned exactly under the mechanism. Nothing seems to help. All in all, just not worth the hassle.
