The Aroma lives up to its billing, and the single reason for my purchase--it makes good HOT coffee.

Detailed Commentary
The Aroma is a good looking machine that looks wonderful in my new kitchen. But that was only #3 in the reasons I bought it. Number one? Temperature, hands down. All our drip coffee makers (and we've been through a few) didn't make it hot enough. I was actually skeptical that this one would live up to its claim. But it does. The second reason is the thermal stainless steel carafe--combined with the fact that the machine shuts down when brewing is finished. And, finally, its a well-designed machine.
Buying Experience
The only issue I had was that I had to wait for a black one.
